Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested within 15 days of placing the order.
• Orders already shipped may not be canceled, but you may refuse delivery.
• Damaged/defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
• Refunds, if approved, The amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.
• Warranty claims should be taken up directly with manufacturers (if applicable).

Return Policy

• Exchange and replacement delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not on sale (if applicable).
• Damaged/defective items will be replaced within 7–10 days.
• Certain product categories may be exempt from returns/refunds (informed at purchase).
• The Products must be returned with 15 days from the date of purchase and the products must be same packaging and condition

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier or speed post.
• Orders are shipped within 1 day and delivered within 7 days, subject to courier norms.
• Delivery will be made to the address provided during purchase.
• Confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
